Key Milestone Dates Sample Clauses

The Key Milestone Dates clause establishes specific deadlines or target dates for the completion of important tasks or deliverables within a project or contract. It typically lists out critical phases, such as design completion, delivery of materials, or final project handover, and assigns a date by which each must be achieved. This clause ensures all parties are aligned on the timeline, helps track progress, and provides a basis for accountability, thereby reducing the risk of delays and disputes over scheduling.
