Common use of Key Subcontracts Clause in Contracts

Contractor agrees to enter into major Subcontracts (hereinafter referred to as “Key Subcontracts”) for the Work specified below with the persons or entities (hereinafter referred to as “Key Subcontractors”) listed below.
