Common use of Know Your Client Clause in Contracts

Know Your Client. The Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders shall have received, not less than five Business Days prior to the Closing Date, all documentation and information in respect of the Borrowers, including their ownership and structure, and their respective authorized signing officers, including addresses and verified personal identification, as the Administrative Agent and Lenders may reasonably require in respect of Credit Facilities, including in respect of compliance with applicable “know your customer” and anti money laundering rules and regulations, including, without limitation, the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering)
