Common use of Know Your Customer Rules Clause in Contracts

Know Your Customer Rules. (a) ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇, by Applicable Law, is required to implement reasonable procedures to verify the identity of a person seeking to commence a commercial relationship with ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇. The Customer acknowledges that ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ identity verification procedures require it to request certain information from the Customer or third parties regarding the Customer. The Customer agrees to provide ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ with, and consents to ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ obtaining from third parties, any such information as a condition of using any service provided by ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ hereunder. To the extent that the Customer fails to provide or to consent to the provision of any such information, such failure shall be grounds for ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to not open any account or provide any Services and/or to close any account or discontinue providing the Services.
