Common use of Knowledge of Parent Clause in Contracts

Knowledge of Parent. Knowledge of Parent" or a similar phrase shall mean the actual knowledge after making reasonable inquiry of the matter in question of: ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, MD, ▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, MD, PhD, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (▇▇▇) C. English, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, PhD, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; provided, however, that it is understood and agreed that such individuals' discussions with Parent Associates, who at the time of such discussions have the title Vice President or more senior and who would reasonably be expected to have information with respect to the matter in question, shall constitute reasonable inquiry.
