Knowledge of the Sellers or P7S1. To the extent that any Statement is qualified by the knowledge or awareness of the Sellers or P7S1, such knowledge and awareness shall be limited to the personal, actual (positive) knowledge on the Signing Date of the members of the Executive Board of P7S1, Dr. Ralf Schremper, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and neither the Sellers, P7S1 and/or any member of P7S1's Executive Board nor any other individual referred to in this sentence shall be construed or deemed as having any other knowledge or awareness of any nature whatsoever whether actual, constructive, implied, imputed or otherwise (“Sellers' Knowledge”).
