This should provide a valuable and credible confirmation of the current state of play for key stakeholders. At the time requested by the Commonwealth provided however the Commonwealth may only issue two such requests and those requests may only be made during the Operations Period. Knowledge Sharing Deliverables. All deliverables ARENA may make requests from Projects (and portfolios of Projects) for particular topics to be covered either through lessons learnt reports (where applicable) or ad hoc reports, as required. Where ARENA has not made a specific request, topics are to be prepared relevant and/or topical and have an appreciation for the key audiences. For the avoidance of doubt, business development and marketing material are not considered to a standard acceptable to the Commonwealth and, when relevant, to reflect any guidelines provided by the Commonwealth relating to the preparation and delivery of be Knowledge Sharing Deliverables. [Note: Further All Knowledge Sharing Deliverables are to be:
(a) in accordance with clause 3.4 (Knowledge sharing), in a form and in a form and substance satisfactory to ARENA;
(b) readily accessible and searchable; and
(c) submitted in final form for revision. Public reports must reflect ARENA’s Report Writing Tips & Guidelines which will be provided by ARENA to the Recipient or can be found on ARENA’s website. Public Knowledge Sharing Deliverables may be included published on a public platform determined by the Commonwealth in the table below ARENA. Any sensitive information (information not for public release) is to be provided as a confidential addendum for ARENA (and classified as Recipient Confidential Information) or as agreed with ARENA. Public Knowledge Sharing Deliverables must be approved by ARENA and published on ARENA’s website prior to publishing on any other external platforms (unless otherwise agreed by ARENA). The Knowledge Sharing Deliverables that need to be provided as part of Stage B. The shortlisted Proponent will be required this Project are listed below. KS[6.1] - Technical Report 1: Barriers to complete commercialisation and capability building (Public) Purpose To demonstrate how this table project builds industry capability to deploy community batteries at scale, and how it contributes to the reduction in, or removal of, barriers to large-scale deployment. A technical report that provides detail about how this project builds industry capability and contributes to the reduction in or removal of barriers to large scale deployment as part set out in of its Financial Value Bid objectives (a) and (b) of item 2 (Knowledge Sharing Objectives) of this Schedule 2 (Knowledge Sharing Plan). Topics should include:
(a) remaining regulatory barriers;
(b) sandboxing lessons and insights (Stream A (DNSPs) only);
(c) commercial and connection barriers; and
(d) industry capability and development. KS[6.2] – Technical Report 2: Investigating how community batteries impact the local network and local community [Public] To demonstrate how the local network and local community benefits from the battery. Content and Delivery A technical report that outlines performance in Stage B the local network before and after the battery installation. This report should include metrics that support claims around objectives as set out in objectives (a) and (b) of the Tender Processitem 2 (Knowledge Sharing Objectives) of this Schedule 2 (Knowledge Sharing Plan) (e.g. net benefits in congestion management, voltage management etc.] 1 Annual Survey Efficient qualitative and quantitative data gathering). The Commonwealth may use this community profile should also include details such as:
(e) amount of DER and CER in community, including types (i.e. rooftop solar, home battery etc) and size (kW) (DNSP only;
(a) size of population linked to community battery (DNSP only);
(b) battery location (post code); and
