Common use of Known Address Clause in Contracts

Known Address. All notices sent from MTC will be sent to the Client’s last known postal or email address. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure MTC are kept updated with these details and all notices issued by MTC will be deemed to have been delivered if sent to that last known address.
