Labor and Material. (a) Contractor shall furnish enough properly skilled workmen to diligently prosecute the Work. (b) Contractor acknowledges that all employees comply with current immigration laws. (c) Contractor shall not employ or contract with any person or entity whose employment is objected to by Owner.
