LABOR AND SUPERVISION. The Contractor shall at all times maintain good discipline and order among its employees. The Contractor shall provide competent suitably and qualified personnel to perform the Work assigned to them. The Contractor shall employ on the site of the Work a competent superintendent or foreperson and such necessary assistants to represent the Contractor and receive communications for the Contractor from the City. The Contractor shall provide the names and cellular telephone numbers to the Director for such supervisory personnel as are designated to be in contact with the City.
