Labor Conflicts. Tenant, at any time prior to or during the Term, shall not directly or indirectly employ, or permit the employment of, any contractor, mechanic or laborer in the Premises if such employment interferes or causes any conflict with other contractors, mechanics or laborers engaged in the Operation of the Property.
