Common use of LABOR CONTRACTS AND EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

LABOR CONTRACTS AND EMPLOYEES. The parties hereto expressly covenant and agree that all labor contracts and employment agreements with employees shall be made directly with Lessee and that all such employees shall be deemed solely the employees of Lessee and in no way employees of Lessor. Lessee covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lessor of and from any liability for any acts of employees of Lessee or any acts of persons working for Lessee under a labor contract.
