Labor Force. (a) Citadel is in compliance in all material respects with all applicable laws (including, without limitation, federal income tax laws), ordinances, regulations, statutes, rules and restrictions of any Governmental Entity respecting employment and employment practices and terms and conditions of employment. (b) No union representation question exists respecting the employees of Citadel and, to Citadel's knowledge, no union organizing activities are taking place.
