Labor Hours. The Government estimate is 574,080 hours for the entire work effort, inclusive of options. A work-year is defined as 1,920 hours exclusive of holidays and leave. For evaluation purposes, the Offeror shall propose the labor categories/hours/BLS codes as outlined in Attachment P1.
