None of the employees of Gain▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ any of its Subsidiaries is represented by any labor union, and neither Gain▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ any of its Subsidiaries is subject to any labor or collective bargaining agreement. None of the employees of Gain▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ any of its Subsidiaries is known by Gain▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ be engaged in organizing any labor union or other employee group that is seeking recognition as a bargaining unit. Gain▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ its Subsidiaries have not experienced any strike, work stoppage or labor disturbance with any group of employees, and to Gain▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ ▇▇▇wledge, no set of facts exists which could reasonably be expected to lead to any of the foregoing events.
