Common use of Laboratory Results Clause in Contracts

Laboratory Results. The laboratory will advise only the employee, the Medical Review Officer and his/her staff of any positive results. The results of a positive drug or alcohol test can only be released to the Employer by the Medical Review Officer once he has completed his review and analysis of the laboratory’s test. The Employer will be required to keep the results confidential and, subject to Ohio public records law, it shall not be released to the general public.
