Laboratory Tests. Laboratory tests may include: (a) gonorrhea (geneprobe or culture); (b) serum syphilis test (c) chlamydia (geneprobe or culture)- vagina, throat or rectum; (d) miscellaneous culture - vagina, oral or rectal; (e) urinalysis; urinalysis with urine spun from sperm; (g) herpes test; (h) pregnancy test - serum or urine; and (i) feces - ovum and parasites.
