LABOUR MANAGEMENT NEGOTIATIONS. (A) Bargaining Committee A Bargaining Committee shall be appointed and consist of not more than six (6) members of the Employer as appointees of the Employer, and not more than six (6) members of the Union as appointees of the Union. Both parties will advise the other of their Committee members. (B) Additional Representatives Each party to this Agreement shall have the right to have the assistance of a representative when dealing or negotiating with the other party.
