Labour Matters. There is no existing or, to the best of the knowledge of the Parent, threatened strike, lock-out or other dispute relating to any collective bargaining agreement to the Parent or any of its Subsidiaries is a party which would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Change. Schedule 8.01(25) contains a list of collective bargaining agreements to which the Parent or any of its Subsidiaries is a party at the date hereof.
