LABOUR STANDARDS. (a) the Contractor shall comply with the existing local labour laws, regulations and labour standards (b) the Contractor shall formulate and enforce an adequate safety program with respect to all work under his contract, whether performed by the Contractor or subcontractor. The Contractor has assurance from the Employer of cooperation where the implementation of these safety measures requires joint cooperation.
