We reserve the right to refuse to process any Transaction Data presented by you (i) unless a proper authorization/approval code is recorded,, (ii) if we reasonably determine that the Transaction Data is or will become uncollectible from the Customer to which the Transaction would otherwise be charged, or (iii) if we determine that the Transaction Data was prepared in violation of any provision of this Agreement or the Payment Brand Rules.
