Common use of Lack of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Lack of Coverage. In the event that any required policy is canceled prior to the completion of the Project and DUPONT does not furnish a new Certificate of Insurance prior to cancellation, CITY may obtain the required insurance and deduct the premium(s) from contract monies due to DUPONT.
