Land Application Area Management. The Permittee shall manage all land application areas at the facility in accordance with 20.6.2.3101 NMAC and the conditions summarized in Table B3 below.
MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees. Personnel, Office Space, and Facilities of Manager The Manager at its own expense shall furnish or provide and pay the cost of such office space, office equipment, office personnel, and office services as the Manager requires in the performance of its investment advisory and other obligations under this Agreement.

RECORDS MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees and subcontractors shall, throughout the term 12 of this Agreement, prepare, maintain and manage records appropriate to the services provided and in 13 accordance with this Agreement and all applicable requirements.
