Common use of Land Registry Clause in Contracts

Land Registry. If the consent of the landlord in whom the reversion of a lease is vested is required for a Chargor to execute a legal mortgage over that lease, that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will not be required to perform that obligation unless and until it has obtained the landlord’s consent. That Chargor must, upon ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s request, use all reasonable endeavours to obtain the landlord’s consent.
