Land Use Entitlements. The A/E shall endeavor to obtain the approvals required in order for the Project to proceed. The A/E shall utilize as part of their team necessary consultants, including land use attorneys to prepare such materials and make such presentations as necessary to obtain the required land use and entitlement approvals. The A/E acknowledges that the aspects of the design for the Project may need to be revised or redesigned in order to obtain such approvals, and the fixed feefee set forth herein includes sufficient amounts for such redesign.
