Land use fees Clause Samples

The 'Land use fees' clause defines the financial obligations related to the use or occupation of land under an agreement. It typically specifies who is responsible for paying fees such as rent, licensing charges, or government-imposed levies associated with the land. For example, the clause may require the tenant to pay all municipal land use fees during the lease term. Its core function is to clearly allocate responsibility for these costs, preventing disputes and ensuring that all parties understand their financial duties regarding land use.
