Land Use Restrictions. At all times while this Agreement is in effect, the Developer agrees that the Property will be utilized for residential purposes only, in general conformance with the approved Development Plan, and all other types of land uses are prohibited in the Project or on the Property unless approved in writing by the City prior to the execution of a letter of intent, lease or prior to the sale of land; provided, Developer may sell land to a subsequent developer for the purpose of constructing single-family homes as anticipated by the Development Plan.
