Landlord Controls Selection. Landlord has chosen Portland General Electric and Duke Power (each, an "Electric Service Provider") to provide electricity service for the Building. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent permitted by law, Landlord may at any time and from time to time during the Lease Term, either contract for service from a different company or companies providing electricity service (each such company, an "Alternative Service Provider") or continue to contract for service from the Electric Service Provider.
