Common use of Landlord’s Improvements Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Improvements. Subject to the provisions of Section 20.24. hereof, and subject to delays due to labor disputes, Acts of God or the public enemy, governmental regulations or controls, Casualty or other conditions or causes beyond its reasonable control, Landlord will, as promptly as possible, let contracts for the construction of the improvements in or about Landlord's Building which it is to construct or improve, as more particularly described in Schedule B.
