Landscape Clause Samples
The "Landscape" clause defines the responsibilities and standards related to landscaping work within a contract. It typically outlines the scope of landscaping services, such as planting, maintenance, irrigation, and the use of specific materials or plant species. For example, it may specify who is responsible for ongoing maintenance or how landscaping must comply with local regulations. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of landscaping expectations, reducing disputes over quality, scope, or maintenance obligations.
