Language and Genuineness of Documents. (a) Language All certificates, instruments and other documents to be delivered under or supplied in connection with this Agreement or any of the other Security Documents shall be in the English language (or such other language as the Bank shall agree) or shall be accompanied by a certified English translation upon which the Bank shall be entitled to rely.
