LANGUAGE OF ALL EXCHANGE AND TERMINOLOGY. The language of all information exchanged pursuant to this Agreement, including reports to Regulatory Authorities, shall (unless specifically stated otherwise) be in English, or if any other language, accompanied by a translation into English. In the event of any conflict between the English text and the text in any other language, the English text shall prevail.
LANGUAGE OF ALL EXCHANGE AND TERMINOLOGY. The language of all communications and exchanges under this Pharmacovigilance Agreement shall be English. The definitions of terms used in this agreement are in accordance with the ICH E2A and ICH E2C guidelines.

  • Definitions and Rules of Interpretation In this Contract, the following terms, whether capitalized or not, shall have the meanings set forth below, unless it is clear in the Contract that the context requires otherwise. In addition, the rules of interpretation set forth below shall apply.

  • Terminology All personal pronouns used in this Agreement, whether used in the masculine, feminine, or neuter gender, shall include all other genders; and the singular shall include the plural, and vice versa. Titles of Articles and Sections are for convenience only and neither limit nor amplify the provisions of this Agreement itself.

  • Defined Terms and Rules of Construction Reference is made to the Glossary of Defined Terms and Rules of Construction (as the same may be supplemented, amended or modified, the “Glossary”) attached as Exhibit A to the Indenture. The Glossary is incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned thereto in the Glossary.

  • Terms of Reference The SSEC shall update, not later than January 31, 2023, the terms of reference for the committee. If no such agreement can be reached the SSEC shall make recommendations to the Provincial Labour Management Committee (PLMC). Commencing July 1, 2022, there will be $50,000 of annual funding allocated for the purposes set out above. Commencing July 1, 2024, there will be an additional $1,000,000 of annual funding allocated for the purposes set out above.
