Language Support. TCS shall support the following languages as part of the Client Service KPO Services: (a) French, English (E3/E4 level language skills) supported from Bangalore delivery center. (b) German, Italian (E3/E4 level language skills) supported from Budapest delivery center. (c) E3/E4 language skills are required as part of the Client Service KPO Service to support Client Services KPO. TCS may hire E1/E2 language proficiency provided that at TCS’ cost, TCS shall use a language trainer in order to ensure that the E3/E4 level is achieved.
