Common use of Lapse Date Clause in Contracts

Lapse Date. The Forfeiture Restrictions shall lapse on the date the Committee certifies the extent to which the 2011 performance goals and/or the catch-up performance goals, have been met, which certification shall be made no later than February 28, 2014 (hereinafter “Lapse Period”).

Lapse Date. The Forfeiture Restrictions shall lapse on the date the Committee certifies the extent to which the 2011 performance goals and/or the catch-up after four years performance goals, have been metattained, which certification shall be made no later than February 28March 1, 2014 2015 (hereinafter “Lapse Period”).
