Common use of Last Day of Work Clause in Contracts

Last Day of Work. It is hereby agreed that your last day of employment by Kodak will be on June 30, 2006 (the “Last Day of Work”), or such other date to which the parties hereto mutually agree, unless you resign or are terminated at an earlier date under the terms of this letter agreement.
