Late Payments and Interest. If Tenant shall fail to pay, when the same is payable, any charges or payments required to be paid by Tenant hereunder, such unpaid amounts shall bear interest from the due date thereof to the date of payment at the rate of 18% per annum (but no less than $50.00, to cover Landlord's administrative expenses), and Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for reasonable attorney's fees, if any, incurred by Landlord by reason of default by Tenant.
