Late Return Fees. Contractor may apply a per-hour overtime rate if the Renter is more than 59 minutes late returning the vehicle. If the Renter returns the vehicle 59 minutes late or less, then no overtime rates shall be assessed. If the Renter returns the vehicle more than 59 minutes late, a one-hour late fee may be assessed.
