Late Returns. You must, at or before the expiry of the Rental Period, deliver the Vehicle to the agreed rental location, or obtain Our consent to the continuation of the hire. A Late Return fee of AUD $75.00 per day in addition to the daily rental charges and liability reduction fee (if applicable), will be charged to Your credit card if You fail to return the Vehicle on the date and by the time shown on the Rental Agreement, or an alternative return date and time as agreed with Us.
Late Returns. A penalty rate of $295 per day or part thereof will apply to late returns. If a late return jeopardizes or forces the cancellation of another booking then loss of bond may result. Save for the provisions of “Forced Terminations” there will be no refund for early termination of a rental or hire agreement.

Small smudges and handprints are acceptable. Excessive dirt, mud or markings will be assessed and be subject to additional fees. WEATHER RELATED ISSUES EventRoostr does not issue refunds for any reason, including inclement weather. Should bad weather or wind become an issue, EventRoostr reserves the right to refuse or release such items and offer a substitution of in-stock items to help facilitate an indoor function. The client assumes all risks and hardships involved with having an outdoor event. Please be sure to discuss “Plan B” with your coordinator. EventRoostr is not responsible for revising your event design a day or two prior to your event, should inclement weather be ensuing. It is our desire that your event go as smoothly as possible. However, if you choose to chance the weather, the client assumes full responsibility for wind and weather damages. If EventRoostr arrives for a delivery and the weather is bad or impending, we will call you or a contact person to discuss options. Please always provide an additional contact name and number should you be unavailable the day of your event.

Late Returns. Late returns are penalized a maximum daily penalty equivalent to 33% of the 3 day rental rate for the Equipment. Any penalties will be charged to the Lessee’s form of payment on file with Lessor.
1. In the event the rental is not returned 7 days after the due date and Lessor has been unable to collect the applicable penalties, the equipment will be considered stolen and the Lessee’s form of payment will be charged the full replacement value of the Equipment.
2. If Lessor is unable to collect penalties or the replacement value of the equipment after 7 days, the Lessee shall be considered to be in Default.
3. Lessor reserves the right to pursue all civil and criminal remedies in the case of unreturned or lost equipment.

Late Returns. These can have a significant impact on the next hire. If you fail to return the motorhome by 11am you will be liable to an extra charge fee of £50 per hour. There are no refunds for motorhomes returned early. Bearing in mind vehicles need to be cleaned, maintained & ready for collection for the next hirer, hence an 11am latest return time, if you feel you may need extra time for your journey back to our base especially when travelling on longer journeys and including time to re-fuel then we advise booking an extra day’s hire at time of booking to guarantee the vehicle for the travelling time required and to avoid late return charges.
Late Returns. We allow a one-hour window for late returns, after that, late returns will be charged for at the rate of $20 per hour up to the single day hire rate, then single day rate for each late day thereafter. Cost of Rental will be charged to your credit card on pick up.
