Common use of Late Start Clause in Contracts

Late Start. Employees called in after their regular starting time shall receive pay from their regular starting time. Employees so called shall be allowed one (1) hour to report for work unless reasonable circumstances warrant a longer reporting time being allowed.

Late Start. Employees called in after their regular starting time shall receive pay from their regular starting time. Employees so called in before or after their regular starting time shall be allowed one (1) up to one-half hour after their regular starting time to report for work work, unless reasonable circumstances warrant a longer reporting time to report for work being allowed.
