Latent Defect. Teva shall notify Alexza within [ * ] days of discovery of a latent defect (as defined in the Quality Agreement) of any Product delivered, and promptly on receipt of timely notice but in any event no later than [ * ] days after receipt of such notice, Alexza shall replace such Product with conforming Product.
