Common use of Law Enforcement Interface Clause in Contracts

Law Enforcement Interface. Except to the extent not available in connection with GTE's operation of its own business, GTE shall provide seven day a week/twenty-four hour a day assistance to law enforcement agencies for installation and information retrieval pertaining to traps, traces, court orders and subpoenas. GTE reserves the right to charge for this service.
