Lawful Purpose and Use. Licensee’s Attachments must at all times serve a lawful purpose, and the use of such Facilities must comply with the Codes. This Agreement is not a waiver of any City regulatory power or Licensee’s obligation to meet any applicable City Codes or other law and/or regulation.
