Laws, Rules and Regulations. Any operations under this lease shall be subject to all applicable local, federal and State laws and rules or ordinances now or hereafter in force. This lease is not in itself an authorization to mine. In addition to compliance with the provisions of this lease, Lessee must obtain all permits which may be or are required under local, federal and State laws, or any rules or ordinances adopted thereunder.
