Common use of LC Issuer Clause in Contracts

LC Issuer. Within two (2) Business Days after receipt of a request for issuance of a Facility Letter of Credit in accordance with Section 4.4(a), the LC Issuer shall approve or disapprove, in its reasonable discretion, the form of such requested Facility Letter of Credit, but the issuance of such approved Facility Letter of Credit shall continue to be subject to the provisions of this Article IV. The LC Issuer shall use reasonable efforts to notify Borrower of any changes in the LC Issuer's policies or procedures that could reasonably be expected to affect adversely the LC Issuer's approval of the form of any requested Facility Letters of Credit.
