Common use of Lead Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Lead Acceptance. Portable shall act diligently in responding to Leads submitted by AmEx; a Lead shall be deemed accepted by Portable unless rejected within [*] from the date Portable receives the Lead Referral Worksheet.
