Lead Based Paint Hazards. The Sub-Recipient agrees that any construction or rehabilitation of residential structures with assistance provided under this agreement, shall be subject to HUD Lead-based Paint regulations, 24 CFR Part 35, and in particular Part B of said regulations. The Sub-Recipient shall be responsible for the inspections and certification required under Section 35.14 (f) thereof.
