Common use of LEASE ADDENDUM Clause in Contracts

LEASE ADDENDUM. This “Notice to Tennant of Defense to Eviction Action: Victim Rights Exception,” is henceforth incorporated into this lease as an addendum. All provisions of the Federal “Violence Against Women Act,” (VAWA) are also incorporated into this lease as an addendum.
