Common use of Lease of Space Clause in Contracts

Lease of Space. In consideration of the base rent and payment of the other amounts set forth in Section 3 below, Lessor hereby leases to Lessee, and agrees to permit Lessee to peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy, the use of the Leased Space for the Term of this Agreement.
