Leased Space. The space to be leased shall be two office cubicle spaces on the 3rd floor of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Senior Citizen’s Center located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The square footage for the initial term of this agreement shall be 216 square feet. The square footage for subsequent renewal terms may be adjusted prior to the start of a renewal terms as so designated in the written notice of renewal submitted by SER, subject to the consent of SRDA for any increase in the square footage.
Leased Space. As provided in Section 4.1, the City grants Tenant the right to use the Leased Space identified in Exhibit 2, or portions thereof, from the date of delivery of each portion of the Leased Space through the remainder of the Term of this Agreement for the operation of the Concession, except as otherwise provided for herein. As of the Effective Date, all square footage identified in Exhibit 1 is approximate, and is subject to final correction in accordance with field measurements to be taken after completion of the Improvements. If the actual measured square footage of the Leased Space differs from the square footage identified on Exhibit 1, the Base Rent will be applied to the actual measured square footage.

Leased Space. This Lease Agreement conveys to the Boat Owner only a terminable seasonal license to use the Boat Slip and nonexclusive access to piers, docks, sidewalks, parking lot and other common areas of the Marina that are reasonably necessary to use the Boat Slip. Notwithstanding anything in this Lease Agreement to the contrary, reference to the Marina elsewhere in this Lease Agreement will not be construed to grant the Boat Owner any rights to other areas of the Marina, other than as expressly set forth above.
Leased Space. For a period of six-months following the Closing (or such shorter period ending upon the termination of the underlying lease), Purchaser shall provide office space for 6 persons employed by VIPA at a reasonable rental rate based upon a pro rata allocation (based upon square footage) of the underlying rent of the subject property.

Lessor hereby leases to Lessee certain office, warehouse, distribution, and other related space collectively hereinafter referred to as "Space") in the amounts of square footage and located in the office buildings as set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. As of the Effective Date, the occupied area used by Lessee consists of approximately 114, 123 sq. ft. of Space.
B. The Space shall be used for the purposes set forth in Exhibit B hereto.
