Leasehold Property. The following terms apply where you give us security over property in which your interest in the property is as a tenant under a lease.
Leasehold Property. If the Property is leasehold the freeholder or the managing agent may require details of any potential letting. The Landlord must ensure that any lender, freeholder, managing agent or other relevant party’s permission has been obtained before entering into a tenancy;

The Seller has paid all applicable rent and other applicable charges and fees, including allocated taxes, under the Lease through July 31, 2003.
